Signature Removal

The initiative is misleading -- it appears to be civil rights friendly -- but it actually works against civil rights. These dirty tricks are meant to confuse Nebraska voters.

If you signed the petition in error or were confused about what you are signing and would like to remove your name below is a How to Guide and Signature Removal Form you can use.

Instructions to Remove Your Name from the Petition

1. Fill out the Affidavit to Remove Name from Petition Form.
2. Have the Affidavit notarized. Notaries are generally available at any bank.
3. Send your notarized affidavit for removal to:
