Against A Ban on Affirmative Action

Nebraskans United is a group of concerned citizens devoted to protectingNebraska's Constitution from unnecessary outside attacks. We are also committed to promoting equality, fairness, and diversity in the state of Nebraska. Nebraska business groups, educational instituions, faith groups, grassroots organizations, and individual citizens are part of our team.

Right now in Nebraska, there is a group of paid signature gathers propped up by well financed, out-of- state political groups trying to amend Nebraska’s Constitution with their deceptive tactics and radical agenda.

Learn more about our organization and how you can help protect Nebraska's economic development efforts, our University's tradition of excellence in athletics and academics, and countless other programs that would be at risk if this dangerous initiative is successful.

16 days until ballot qualification deadline...

Dear Friends-

Last night KETV Channel 7 news broke an undercover story about the misleading tactics our opposition is utilizing to get people to sign the so called "Civil Rights Initiative". They even caught on camera a paid circulator deceiving an African American woman into signing the petition. Thankfully she was informed in time to get her name removed. We know there are others in our communities who have been deceived as well. We need your help to spread the word and help our neighbors who have been deceived take positive action.

Please direct anyone who may have been mislead into signing this dangerous petition to our website to receive instructions and forms to help them remove their signature.
